wear动词是“穿着，戴着”，指“穿或戴的状态”。做动词表示“穿、戴”，后可接衣服、首饰，标牌，胡须，发型等，常常可以有进行时态：

have on 意为“穿着”，“戴着”，与wear 同义，指穿的状态，其后可以接表示衣服、帽子、鞋子的名词。一般不用进行时态。On是副词。
